Walen Construction is proud to showcase a handful of completed elevator corridor lobbies at the 11W building. Each of the floors we worked on now boasts high-end finishes, advanced technology, sleek lighting, and stunning mirrored surfaces, creating a modern and polished look, that ensures both form and function. It’s interesting how every floor, while engineered and designed with a consistent aesthetic, gives off its own unique hue and feel due to the influence of the tenant spaces behind the accompanying storefront doors, adding a personal touch to each level. Our team took on the challenge of a full face upgrade in an occupied space, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. These elevator lobby corridors now deliver the ‘wow’ factor, both aesthetically and technically, every step of the way.
