Our team delivered another top-tier tenant improvement, this time for Milworks, in Portland’s 11W Tower—their second location in the country! This 1,700 sq. ft. retail space is a perfect reflection of our beloved Pacific Northwest aesthetic—timeless, earthy, and built to last. Our scope included new display walls, built-in benches in the fitting rooms, a bit of restroom and baseboard work, as well as fresh paint and carefully placed lighting to highlight the store's signature look.
